By booking services with Ivey Vine Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

– Bookings: A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your event date.
– Payment: Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
– Travel & Setup: Our services include travel up to 80 miles (round trip). Additional mileage is billed at $1/mile beyond 80 miles.
– Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable setup location, power access (if needed), and compliance with venue rules.
– Liability: Ivey Vine Collective is not responsible for guest conduct or damages caused by guests during the event.
