At Ivey Vine Collective, we strive to deliver exceptional service. Please review our refund policy below:
Deposits & Cancellations:
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
– If you cancel 30 days before your event, a portion of your balance may be refunded.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
– We allow one reschedule (subject to availability) at no additional charge if notified 14 days in advance.
Service Adjustments:
– If services are modified after booking, additional fees or partial refunds may apply based on circumstances.
